Back in December 2005...
I was thinking of working with pigs...

After several failed attempts to work joint venture Campesino projects with Honduran NGO´s...
A gold venture that failed as well due to men unable to follow through with their word...
I am beginning the pig project I should have began in 2006...


Why pigs...
Pigs give you meat - fat - bones - feces...
All which can be sold...
Pigs give you BioGas...
We will study how we can use Pig BioGas to power our farm...

When we let the outside world onto our farm...
Things went bad...
We have learned Honduran Campesinos are used to reach Honduran NGO´s personal agenda - nothing more...
Not all has been lost...
We know how to grow the farm grains necessary to make pig concentrate...
Our investment in drip irrigation equipment is being adapted to our pig farm...
We will continue to raise yellow corn - rice - and frijol bean to sell at our local store...
We will only grow vegetables for our dinner table...

We will use this Blog to promote those who are working hard to make the world a better place through Eco Farming...
Gone are the days discussing Honduran - USA politics...
Gone are the days criticizing NGO´s who betray the Honduran Campesinos...
We will hand pick those who desire to work with us...

We will invite our Honduran Campesino neighbors to study our pig project...
To duplicate our work at their farm...
They will have to find the means to begin their pig project...
Gone are the days talking to those who only hold their hands out for something free...
Mankind must be responsible for their survival...
Mankind did not reach this point in world history by reliance on someone else to feed them...

Now that we have asked all of those who betrayed us to move on...
We are free to do what we do best...
My Honduran farm crew has never let us down...
